SMNM is only an online platform for the users to register their profile by filling the mandatory fields as per the SMNM’S database with a valid/operational mobile number and an email id.

1. Eligibility:

This website is designed especially for the nagarathar community, so the users especially from nagarathar origin are only advised to register and is strictly prohibited to other communities.

18 years or above (if you are a woman) or 21 years or above (if you are a man)

2. Registration process:

A. SMNM expects that you would complete the online registration process with fairness and honesty in furnishing true, accurate, current, complete information and with providing recent photos of you which will help you to meet your parameters .We expect you to read the relevant column before keying in the details or selecting the option available or uploading the photo.

B. You can also make a call to our office phone number and get assisted in getting your profile registered on our website.

C. Further you may fill in your email id and phone number in any of our registration campaigns appearing in various websites as part of our advertisements, basis which you may receive call from our Customer Service and assist you in getting your profile registered on our website.

D. SMNM may also reproduce your profile information in other matrimonial websites, including the agents or to provide better matching Profiles to you.

E.If at any point of time when SMNM comes to know or is so informed by third party or has reasons to believe that any information provided by you for registration (including photos) are untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete,SMNM, has its full rights to suspend or terminate (without any notice) your membership and forfeit any amount paid by the user towards the membership or subscription fee and will be refused to provide the service thereafter.

F. Duplicate profile registrations will also lead to suspension or termination of the profiles and will be refused to provide further services

G. SMNM Membership is for the personal use of individual members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Companies, businesses and/or individuals carrying on similar or competitive business may not become Members of SMNM and should not use srimurugannagaratharmatrimonial.com Service or Site for any purpose nor use SMNM members data for any commercial purpose, and SMNM reserves its right to go for the appropriate legal action, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

3. Account Security:

You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your SMNM login credentials such as your user id, password, OTP, etc., We, as a Company do not ask for Login /Password and you are cautioned not to share your password to any persons. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. General:

The following is a list of the General and kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. SMNM will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and the Site and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund. It includes (but is not limited to) Content that:

1. Newly created profile will be checked for correctness and will be immediately activated after quality verification by SMNM.
2. SMNM reserves the rights to discontinue, deactivate, or terminate profile if the profile in terms of bad manners and the profile contents are not acceptable if it contains violent language or wrong material.
3. You are only liable for your connections with other members through srimurugannagaratharmatrimonial.com.
4. Contact information of member’s profile will be displayed only to paid members. Free membership is for limited time. SMNM reserves right to discontinue free membership at any time.
5. Members agree that they are legally eligible to get married as far as the age is concerned. SMNM will not be responsible for misuse of any facility/service it provides, which is in violation to the local government laws.
6. Every member submitting his/her matrimonial profile is required to give all the facts essential for establishing a marital relation. Concealing facts relevant to marriage could result in loss or damage to any individual and for which, SMNM cannot be held responsible in any way.
7. SMNM in no way guarantees the genuineness of the information provided by its members.
8. Members will not have any claim against SMNM for any time delay in posting their information into SMNM website due to any technical reasons.
9. SMNM is not liable for damages caused due to incorrectness of the information provided by its members regarding the religion, caste or creed or any other personal information. If the members’ profile is deemed to be unfit, SMNM has the right to delete, alter or refuse the same at any point of time without any notice.
10. SMNM cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from discontinuation of the service. SMNM will also not be responsible for any damage caused due to others accessing members profile.
11. SMNM cannot guarantee that you as an applicant will receive responses and hence cannot be held responsible for no replies. In this case we cannot give any refunds or credits.
12. SMNM is not legally responsible for any delay in operation due to technical or other reasons.
13. Harasses or advocates harassment of another person is illegal or Strictly prohibited on the Site
14. Promotes information that the person posting it is aware that it is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous are strictly prohibited on the Site.
15. 5. Role and Responsibility of SMNM:

• Newly created profile will be checked and verified by SMNM for correctness and will be immediately activated after quality declaration verify by SMNM website.
• SMNM reproduces your details once you register on our website "as is as available" basis and also share your profile with other registered SMNM members within website.
• Our SMNM obligation is only to provide a SMNM interface to its registered members to search their prospect themselves without any assistance.

• SMNM can only provide matchmaking profile Contacts/full details for those who have subscribed for the Specified Plans.

• The SMNM members agrees and understands that SMNM/Website may also allow third parties to provide SMNM members services on the website like horoscope matching etc., and SMNM/Website may also collect the payment for such third party services to you.

6. Role and Responsibility of SMNM Member:

• The SMNM member shall not give any false or misleading information in the account or in communication with other SMNM members.
• The SMNM member shall not share the account with another person or allow anyone else to use the account for any purpose.
• You are not permitted to create multiple profiles. If SMNM is aware that you have created multiple profiles, your membership will be liable to be terminated forthwith without any refund of subscription fees.
• You shall safeguard your profile information by creating a strong password during the creation of your account.
• Any additional information required by SMNM/Website for using the Sri Murugan Nagarathar Matrimonial Services shall be provided by the SMNM Member, as and when so sought by SMNM/Website.
• Every SMNM member submitting his/her matrimonial profile is required to give all the facts essential for establishing a marital relation. Concealing facts relevant to marriage could result in loss or damage to any individual.
• SMNM members are requested to exercise due care and caution while shortlisting the prospect and satisfy themselves before making a choice of your match through adequate efforts, initiatives and due diligence. SMNM/Website shall not be liable for short coming due to any misrepresentations made by any of its SMNM members.
• SMNM Members are expected to verify the credentials of the prospect such as family status, marital status, educational qualifications, financial status, occupation, character, health status, etc.
• To get better search results, SMNM Members are expected to provide recent photograph which should not be more than 2 months old. Providing old photographs/ photographs of others, inaccurate / false information shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and SMNM/Website shall retain their right under clause 2 (E) of this terms and conditions.
• SMNM Members are expected to refrain from:
  
  i. Entering into any financial transactions.
  ii. Sharing of confidential and personal information with each other but not limited to sharing of bank/Account details, etc.
  iii. Entering into physical relationship with any prospect before marriage.
  iv. Violating any law for the time being in force.
• SMNM Members are expected to be cautious of prospects who ask for favors, money etc or call from phone numbers, only interact over phone, doesn't come forward for face to face meeting (physically or through video calls) and don't involve family and friends in match making.
• Transferring membership to any other person or entity shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and shall retain their right under clause 2 (E) of this terms and conditions.
• If the SMNM Member registered and fails to update in website, any change in the particulars furnished in their profile for a long time, then the membership may be suspended by SMNM.
• SMNM members shall delete their profile by themselves in case of his/her/their Registrant’s marriage or Intimate to SMNM for account removal.
• You may not use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate/contact/respond/interact with SMNM members/website.
• All payments shall be made by direct or only to SMNM account.SMNM members are advised not make any payment or transfer any amount to the account of any SMNM employees.

7. Medium of Communication to SMNM Members:

• SMNM members shall receive direct phone calls, messages, emails regarding the matrimonial services/matches from SMNM office or their alliance partners.
• SMNM by its automatic system sends to its member’s profiles of the prospect by way of images/ documents/ messages / links.
• SMNM Member confirms that the mobile number submitted to it for verification or alternative number if any provided, is not registered with the Do Not Disturb / National Customer Preference Register and they shall not initiate any complaint.
• SMNM Member confirms that even if SMNM Member is registered with the telecom service provider under the category Do Not Disturb / National Customer Preference Register the calls from SMNM either to the verified mobile number or alternative number if any provided shall not be treated as promotional calls.

8. Privacy of Membership:

• SMNM/Website has taken reasonable steps to protect the SMNM member's privacy and shall take all reasonable efforts to protect any personal data provided to us through reasonable security safeguards against such risks as loss or unauthorized use, destruction, use, modification or disclosure of data etc.
• Although we will strive to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information, any information transacted over the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. You also agree that the copying the data by using technology or any other new methods of data misuse/theft cannot be secured by SMNM/Website and that SMNM/Website will have no liability for any such act. 10. Disputes between Members:

• SMNM is not a broker or the agent of any SMNM member and SMNM does not partake in the exchange of any kind of discussion between the SMNM members and prospects or the results of their discussion.
• SMNM Members are only responsible for the communications with prospect or vice versa. SMNM disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or exchanges or interactions or passing of information etc. between any members via e-mail, chat, interaction, Whatsapp or any other medium of communication between members either using website or otherwise.
• SMNM has no obligation, to monitor any such disputes arising between the SMNM members, and SMNM shall not be party to any such dispute etc.

11. Content Right

• You acknowledge that you are responsible for the content and information including the profile details, photograph and other content keyed in the relevant field of the Website at the time of the creation of the SMNM profile or subsequently modified by you and also for all the post and communication (including personalized messages sent by SMNM paid members) with other members. All lawful, legal and non-objectionable messages (in the sole discretion of SMNM), content and/or other information, content or material that you post on the forum boards shall become the property of SMNM. SMNM reserves the right to scrutinize all such information, content and/or material posted on the forum boards and shall have the exclusive right to remove, edit and/or display such information, material and/or content

12. Third Party website:

• The SMNM members agrees and understands that SMNM/Website may also allow third parties to provide SMNM members services on the website like horoscope, Marriage arrangement providers etc, and that third party shall call the SMNM members for their service and SMNM/Website in this regard can have revenue sharing arrangement with the such third party, however in no event (Like Service/Payments to third party) shall SMNM/Website be liable to you for such third party services.

16.Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold SMNM, its subsidiaries, directors, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

17. Mode of Payment:

Payment made by cash / cheque / Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card/ Paypal/ RTGS/ NEFT/ would be in accordance with the prevailing RBI guidelines. Activation of paid SMNM service shall be subject to realization of the said payment. In case of dishonor of Cheque/demand draft; you shall be liable to pay applicable bank’s cheque/DD bouncing charges. Further SMNM service to your account will be deactivated / suspended until you settle the value of the payment and applicable bank charges in cash.

SMNM shall use third party payment gateways for collection payment through credit/debit card or other payment instruments.

18. Refund:

The payments made by any Member to SMNM by way of membership / renewal fee are treated as non-refundable.

Payment once made for SMNM cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided SMNM.

19.Renewal:

All SMNM paid package users can renew the paid package before /on the day of expiry and carry forward the SMNM services.

SMNM members cannot put the paid SMNM service on hold even temporarily, for any reason whatsoever. Based on the tenure of paid SMNM service and date of payment taken, the expiry of paid SMNM service will automatically happen on expiry of the applicable paid package taken by you.
